Personal chef service was once only available to celebrities or the very wealthy but now our clients include many everyday families who are time poor and struggling to get healthy meals on the table. When you don’t have to worry about menu planning, shopping, purchasing ingredients and cooking you save an enormous amount of time. Each meal is priced from $18 depending on your service level and Package, so it is comparable with eating out.

We prefer to work with clients who are committed to a package or special programme long-term. Some clients have been with us for 5 years. However, we also understand some clients only need our services for 3-4 months to get through a transition or difficult period and this can easily be arranged.

Our chefs schedule work 1 month in advance so, once we have you locked in for a particular day, it is permanent. This assists our chefs in their other work and makes sure things run smoothly.

We also often have 2-3 week waiting period to get a booking.


No, not at all. Often clients arrange for keys to be left with a neighbour so we can access the kitchen.

Each chef has public liability of $10 million.

Each chef brings his/her own toolkit, with knives, whisks, and other cooking equipment. We will use your pots/pans/fry pans and blender/food processors if they are available. We often bring a pressure cooker.

Belinda is a qualified chef with 12 years catering experience. She has worked in Canada, Byron Bay and Melbourne.

The Organic Cook team are all highly professional and qualified chefs. They have a minimum of 5 years professional catering/hospitality experience; and are all trained by Belinda.

Belinda, the Director, completed two years of a naturopathy degree at university which she then deferred to pursue her cooking career. She also has a certificate from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York and a Certificate 4 in nutrition from Beck Health. She is currently completing a Certificate 4 in Children’s Health and Nutrition from Beck Health. She has also studied Food as Medicine at ACNT in Brisbane and she mentors with an ayurvedic cooking teacher. Belinda has also been practicing Weston A. Price and real food nourishing cooking methods for 6 years. She uses this knowledge with fertility and new mothers and also practices it in her own family. Her baby and teenage girls are all glowing, well nourished and rarely ill. Her father’s family have a background in butchery and commercial fishery. She has worked front of house in restaurants and has been eating organic and natural foods for over 16 years. Belinda also loves to grow some of the produce in her organic garden at home.

We require full payment a week before the cooking appointment to secure your booking. This can be done by paying online (go to Packages) or, if required, we can email an invoice to you.
