I love radishes so much and am always trying to create new ways of using them in salads. This little number takes around 10 minutes to prep and can accompany a protein dish with some safe starches making a complete meal. It will store for 3-4 days in the fridge.
1/4 cup Mint and coriander leaves
100g red cabbage
I dress it with coconut aminos or turmeric and orange olive oil dressing. This salad is a powerhouse of antioxidants, vitamin c and anti-inflammatory.
Finely cut the cabbage and radish and put in a bowl, peel and segment the orange and chop the herbs toss gently and then dress before serving. Store in a glass pyrex container to keep fresh.
